You can place your order by phone, email, or in person. Our online catalogs allow for easy browsing to find the right garment style, and our knowledgeable staff will help you find it if you can’t!
ARTWORK/LOGO DEVELOPMENT:
We are not graphic artists, but do have access to stock designs if needed. We can build a logo by incorporating these designs and adding text of your choice.
For custom logo’s we require a jpg or pdf file which is then turned into stitches, called digitizing. We have worked with hand drawings, and photographs with pretty good results. It is always recommended to keep your designs simple when choosing embroidery for embellishment.
TRADEMARKS:
Customers assume liability for all trademarks and licensing, and hold Stitch Witch harmless for all claims and costs arising from items created for the customer. A liability waiver will accompany estimate sheets.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
Free local delivery is available in the Fortuna & Eureka areas.
Shipping charges are assessed and added to customers invoice prior to shipping. You have the option of United State Postal Service or United Parcel Service for your package.
